RE-BOOKING / EXTENDING

Re-booking or extending your current policy is at the discretion of the insurance company, you will require a minimum of 1 weeks left on your old policy. To re-book email your requirements HERE stating you name and policy number and please do this before making any new payment on the website

DOCUMENTATION

Once payment has been received, our fully automated system will email you directly within 24 hours but usually within the hour.

CHANGING DATES

We are able to change the date of your paid policy. For example, if your visa application dates or flights have been changed. We do require a 48-hour notice period to make the necessary changes. Changing dates is free of charge and must be before your policy start date. Please note: Chubb insurance company may ask for proof of cancellation such as flight cancellation or a copy of new air tickets. To change your dates email your requirements HERE and a member of our sales team will be in touch.

MAKING A CLAIM

There is a 24-hour hotline number on your Policy and instruction in the Terms & Conditions. There are also email addresses and postal address. We can always assist within office hours and you can contact us HERE.

If the medical centre or hospital you are using refuses to deal directly with the insurance company then we can make a claim manually. You will be required to pay up front and then claim back later.
